Invesstigation crosslinking density in the curing process of UV-cured nanocomposites using dynamic mechanical thermal analysis.

This study explores the impact of polyaniline content on the crosslinking density of UV-cured urethane acrylate nanocomposites. Dynamic Mechanical Thermal Analysis (DMTA) was used to analyze the crosslinking behavior, revealing that optimal crosslinking occurs at 3% polyaniline concentration. The findings contribute to the development of advanced UV-curable materials with tailored properties.
